Sharad Purnima~शरद पूर्णिमा


शरद पूर्णिमा हिंदू कैलेंडर के मुताबिक धार्मिक रूप से सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पूर्णिमा की रातों में से एक है। यह शरद ऋतु के समय पूर्णिमा की रात को अश्विन (सितंबर / अक्टूबर) के लंबे खंड में कालखंड में आती है। इस त्यौहार को कौमुदी भी कहा जाता है, उदाहरण के लिए शाम की चमक या कोजागरी पूर्णिमा आदि। शरद पूर्णिमा को भारत के कई राज्यों में एक उत्सव के रूप में मनाया जाता है और इसके बाद से ही सर्दी के मौसम की शुरुआत मानी जाती है।


महत्व

शरद पूर्णिमा, कोजागरी पूर्णिमा या कुमार पूर्णिमा हिन्दू चंद्र माह की पूर्णिमा के दिन (सितंबर-अक्टूबर) में मनाया जाता है। यह मानसून के अंत का प्रतीक है। इसे चंद्रमा का एक पारंपरिक त्यौहार माना जाता है और इसे 'कौमुदी उत्सव' भी कहा जाता है, कौमुदी का अर्थ है चाँदनी।

शाम के समय, देवी लक्ष्मी की पूजा की जाती है और रात को सतर्कता बरती जाती है। एक लोक-कथा के अनुसार, एक बार एक राजा अपने बुरे दिनों में घिर गया, और वह बड़ी आर्थिक तंगी में था, लेकिन तब उसकी रानी ने इस व्रत और रात्रि जागरण का पालन किया, और धन की देवी लक्ष्मी की पूजा की। नतीजतन, वे देवी से धन्य हो गए और उन्होंने अपनी समृद्धि वापस पा ली।

यह भी माना जाता है कि इस दिन चंद्रमा और पृथ्वी एक दूसरे के बहुत करीब होते हैं, चंद्रमा की किरणों में शरीर और आत्मा को पोषण देने के लिए कुछ बहुत ही सुलभ गुण हैं।

हिंदू लोक कथाओ के अनुसार, यह दिन हरे कृष्ण के भक्तों के लिए असाधारण महत्व रखता है क्योंकि यह मान्यता है कि इस शुभ दिन पर श्रीकृष्ण ने राधा और अलग-अलग गोपियों के साथ वृंदावन में 'रास लीला' रची थी। इसलिए, शरद पूर्णिमा को 'रास पूर्णिमा' के रूप में भी प्रस्तुत किया जाता है। शरद पूर्णिमा की रात को प्यार की रात के रूप में देखा जाता है और लोग इस दिन अपने स्नेह (प्रेम) को व्यक्त (इजहार ) करते हैं।

 

शरद पूर्णिमा अनुष्ठान

शरद पूर्णिमा पर, विशेष रूप से नवविवाहित लोग एक दिन का व्रत रखते हैं। ऐसी मान्यता है कि शरद पूर्णिमा ’व्रत’ (उपवास) को रखने से व्यक्ति को अच्छी सेहत, आनंद और धन की प्राप्ति होती है।

शरद पूर्णिमा भगवान कृष्ण और चंद्रमा भगवान की पूजा को समर्पित है।

शरद पूर्णिमा पर, श्रद्धालु देवी लक्ष्मी से अपने दिव्य आशीर्वाद की कामना करते हैं। यह कहा जाता है कि देवी लक्ष्मी शरद पूर्णिमा पर पृथ्वी पर उतरती हैं और भक्तों को आशीर्वाद देती हैं इसलिए लोग पूरी रात जागकर माँ लक्ष्मी का भजन करते हैं।

लोग चावल की खीर, और दूध से बने मीठे व्यंजन बनाते हैं और शरद पूर्णिमा की रात को चांदनी के नीचे खुली जगह रखते हैं। मान्यता है कि चंद्रमा की किरणों के उपचारात्मक गुणों के साथ अपना विकास किया जा सकता है। इसे बाद इसे प्रसाद के रूप में वितरित और ग्रहण किया जाता है। 

बड़ी तादाद में लोग मंदिरों में माथा  टेकते हैं। इस महत्वपूर्ण हिंदू पर्व को चिह्नित करने के लिए मंदिरों में विशेष धार्मिक समारोह का आयोजन किया जाता है।

शरद पूर्णिमा पर लोग पूरी रात जागते हैं। वे भगवान कृष्ण, देवी लक्ष्मी और चंद्रमा भगवान को समर्पित गीत गाते हैं। वे चांद की किरणों के उपचारात्मक तत्वों से लाभ के लिए चांदनी के नीचे अपनी शामें बिताते हैं।

 

 

 


Sharad Purnima is religiously one of the most important full moon nights according to the Hindu calendar. Importance

Sharad Purnima, Kojagari Purnima or Kumar Purnima is celebrated on the full moon day (September-October) of the Hindu lunar month. It marks the end of the monsoon. It is considered a traditional festival of the moon and is also called 'Kaumudi Utsav', Kaumudi means moonlight.

In the evening, Goddess Lakshmi is worshiped and vigil is taken at night. According to a folk tale, once a king was besieged in his bad days, and was in great financial straits, but then his queen followed this fast and night awakening, and worshiped Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth. As a result, he was blessed with the goddess and regained his prosperity.

It is also believed that on this day the Moon and Earth are very close to each other, the Moon's rays have some very accessible qualities to nourish the body and soul.

According to Hindu folklore, this day holds extraordinary significance for the devotees of lord Krishna as it is believed that on this auspicious day Sri Krishna composed 'Raas Leela' in Vrindavan with Radha and different gopis. Therefore, Sharad Purnima is presented as 'Ras Purnima'. Sharad Purnima night is seen as the night of love and people express their affection (love) on this day.

 

Sharad Purnima Ritual

On Sharad Purnima, especially newly married people observe a day's fast. It is believed that by keeping Sharad Purnima 'Vrat' (fasting) one gets good health, enjoyment and wealth.

Sharad Purnima is dedicated to the worship of Lord Krishna and the Moon God.

On Sharad Purnima, devotees wish Goddess Lakshmi their divine blessings. It is said that Goddess Lakshmi descends on the earth on Sharad Purnima and blesses the devotees, so people stay awake all night and worship Maa Lakshmi.

People make sweet dishes made of rice pudding, and milk and keep the open space under the moonlight on Sharad Purnima night. It is believed that its development can be done with the curative properties of moon rays. It is then distributed and received as Prasad. '

A large number of people visit the temples. Special religious ceremonies are organized in temples to mark this important Hindu festival.

People stay up all night on Sharad Purnima. They sing songs dedicated to Lord Krishna, Goddess Lakshmi and Moon God. They spend their evenings under the moonlight to benefit from the therapeutic elements of the moon's rays
